One drink, one pop, one cookie: Just Mind Blogling

This is what normal human blood cells look like

This is what the look like ten minutes after you ingest sugar. It turns to super glue, and your beautiful blood cells turn to a sticky clump, leaving your brain in distress.

Live blood analysis dark field microscopy; then this sludge proceeds to go through your brain. That warm fuzzy feeling when you are having a drink; it's the sludge going through your brain. Parents in North America eat 3 pounds of sugar themselves and feed 32 spoons of sugar to their kids everyday. It is the definition of insanity.
